MicroMax was developing a system for a smart car parking solution that requires communication with a number of wireless sensors. The main task given to me is to porting the application into an embedded Linux platform based on ARM processer. The system is consisted of a controller, gateway and a range of sensor nodes. These components together could be used to detect whether there is a car parking in the spot and when the car come in and out in an uncontrolled environment. This system will be able to talk to the gateway and sensor nodes through ModBus automatically every day after a start time. The controller will keep send request to the sensor nodes to check the state of the sensor nodes (Magnetic field in this project). Based on the change of the magnet field, controller would generate files to show the details of a park slot for the whole day. The controller can also implement other append function like to generate “memory overload” alarm and send the files to base by e mail; to allow remote access through web server for stored files, system configuration and restoration. However, these append function has not been achieved by me according to the limit of my knowledge about embedded development. The problem of how to make the web server work with PHP function is remain problem that I will focus on .

As a IT consultant in Australian and New Zealand Trade Centre, I managed to build the company website including finding the designer and developer, buying host and domain, SEO and maintaining. This project is important for me, because I learned how to deploy a website to remote server and be familiar with Control panel. Also, collecting the requirement from the company and translate that to professional web developers boost my communication skills with different level of people.

This Website is a Word Press Project with simple 5 tab views , send message form, iframe to show resources from others website and links to other website. It is quite simple but beautiful.

• "Communication" from Putty Gadget to PuttyEnterprise (iOS app to web pages)
This feature is purely built based on the webview api provided by iOS. The interaction control of the puttyEnterprise, such as trigger event, open-popups, are purely based on the javascript/html injection feature provided by the webview interface. For instance:

• QRCode interpretation

Utilising basic controller from Xcode, this prototype project was built.

As the project I devote my most energy into, it is a web based EMR system. In the trend of electrical medical service, this management website is important for its convenience and functional ability. It can be updated from the server side so users do not need to download and update themselves.

This project is built in the SVN environment, so team work is important. Each one has their expertise. I mainly focus on front-end like date-picker, high level form create, cookie, scroll and scroll bar, tooltip and help popup, modal, jTable with fake data, PHPMAILER, dialog and search filter. I become quite familiar with jQuery and basic SQL and PHP. Bootstrap, unicorn frame work and other plugin like skitter slideshow is used during the project. I also learned from my colleague on how to build multi-level autocomplete plugin which is showed on the left.

Electronic commerce is generally considered to be the sales aspect of e-business. It also consists of the exchange of data to facilitate the financing and payment aspects of business transactions. This is an effective and efficient way of communicating within an organization and one of the most effective and useful ways of conducting business.
I get familiar with Joomlar throw this project. I learned and practised how to customised a template and add e-commerce plugin into Joomla template.
• Multiple aspects of CSS are learned through the practice
• Familiar with Joomla admin back-end
• Created and changed favicon.ico
• Familiar with eCommerce RESTful Web Services
• Intergrated bootstrap with Joomla and created a Cart popup modal position using bootstrap modal.
• Used jQuery to create a Cart icon floating with animation when scrolling.

This project is a one-month product during May 2014. Learning Magento concept briefly and researching on the theme with suitable function as customer's request, I finished this project in one month. There is no fancy graphic skills, I used basic front-end skills. Using jQuery to complete the effect and animation, using CSS 3 @media to make it mobile responsive.

This site is built from scratch based on Zurb Foundation. Easy and fancy website.
